One story that came up at the forum was of a special ship (I have the model, by tiny paintings) that is a rather large ship, capable of carrying fighters, but fast-looking; though not as rugged as a military carrier. The ship is hardly known, extremely expensive, and of Firekkan manufacture. After some missions for interests in Firekka, perhaps, you come to know the location of its manufacturer. When you land there, the company is run by humans, and they tell you the story that the company was originally in Confed space, but the Confeds did not approve their ship design for civilian sale, nor would they buy it from them; and then Firekkan politicians, trying to improve the level of Firekkan technology, offered the company to relocate. So it turns out that only very rich corporate magnates and corrupt politicians can afford these birds, and they avoid flying them in public. But your nemesis, Kroiz, has one, and so you need one.
