Role Summary: | Capital Escort |
Role Details: | Though sometimes seen leading a convoy escort force of smaller craft or performing other diverse missions, the Agasicles class most commonly is found as part of a defensive screen for larger Aeran capital vessels, acting to interdict assault craft, bombers, gunships and corvettes. In engagements with other capital vessels, the Agasicles is best served by keeping engagement at missile ranges for as long as possible, as its shorter-ranged weapon loadout is optimized for use against smaller vessels. |
Combat Behavior: | Though capable of multi-role functionality, most of the Agasicles class ships are used as defensive escorts for larger fleets. |
