At PU we had a vegastrike.config that was ancient, coming from the old PR1.2, and gradually we found that some of the variables we had there were no longer in use; and that there were a lot of interesting settings we could add; but there was no central repository of information on what variables were available or what they meant. Then safemode suggested we look for uses of the config variables. Wolphin then grepped the stuff. I took the raw list and did a few global search and replace to remove spaces and stuff, pasted it into OpenOffice Calc, and sorted it alphabetically, added section titles, and voila! Here it is.
