An aristocracy is a group of people that are concidered, within the aristocracy, as above the rest of the populace.  They are deemed better because of education, blood lines, or wealth.  Archaically the term aristocracy was used for those that were the best or most able within the population, but now it is used only for those that have inherited there possition or have been assigned it by others without reguard to the individual's actuall accomplishments.

Description

An aristocracy is a group of people that are concidered, within the aristocracy, as above the rest of the populace. They are deemed better because of education, blood lines, or wealth.
