SPEC is the short for "Spatial Partitioned Expansion-Contraction (drive)"
Short description
This drive will enable you to travel at very high speed from one point to another inside a system. Of course it's not as fast as using the jump points, ... just try it out. (Currently) The only disadvantage is that you can't use it properly near large objects.
