FIXME this needs someone else to look and approve
this section is designed to give artists a reference to know exactly what is needed to get there art working ingame and exactly what is preffered for a finished art resource, complete with proffered image filetypes and naming conventions
The hope is this will streamline user submitted artwork making things move quicker and friendlier.
