Subsectons: Keep or Abolish?

Do we need the subsections such as Development:Graphics? I think we need to go one of two ways on this- either list all subsection articles in the subsection only (i.e. not on the main Development article) or abolish subsections completely and list everything at Development. (Subsection names could potentially still be used to categorize pages, such as Development:Graphics:Logos & Signage, though it's arguable whether this would be better handled by categories and proper positioning on the main Development page.) -Halleck 02:48, 11 January 2006 (PST)
