Need a desc about Rlaan goals. Recently their paranoid fighting (see aera species) with the Aera has diminished and the Rlaan Assembly has been happy to see the Aera turn to beat on Humanity for a while which only helps the Rlaan's position of power and goals. What are they?
What about their 3 client races, what are they being used for as far as space expansion, etc. Rlaan has an embassy on Titan btw which works to keep them from war with Humanity.
