Lo Ad'Fai'led also called LoAdFailEd.

This term normally refers to a (yet unexplained) bizzare phenomenon that causes your HUD to display wrong data.

You will recognise this instantly since nearly every time this happens you will find a variation of its name on your display.

There are rumors that an invisble (cloaked) cruiser exploits this phenomenon by posing as such a thing.

SPOILER
Actually this is a bug in the game. If the game engine doesn't find the data for a unit (ship/3dmodel/etc..) it generates it without the visual part and names it Load Failed ... which is then displayed in the HUD. ;)
