Example

I tried to make the names as simple as possible.

Everything below is categorized under Category:Database and linked there)

I don't really care much whether "glossary" or "terminology" is used, so we can use whichever. jackS

If we want to split ships and upgrades into separate categories, let's do so with some sort of "Items and Technologies" (or better equivalent name) category, and put Ships, Weapons, Upgrades, and Cargo items in as subcategories. jackS
- Since Categorties and Page anmes are a complete different thing we can just man a category Category:Items and Technologies and put the mentioned ones in it :)) pontiac

I'm actually quite fond of "Sapients and Other Noteworthy Species" ;-) "History and Timeline" is cleaner than my first thoughts, let's use that ;-) jackS

Species Species are categorized under Category:Species, subspecies embedded within species entries
- Species:Aera
- Species:Humans
- Species:Rlaan
- etc...
Factions top level factions are categorized under Category:Faction, sub-factions are categorized under the appropriate higher level faction
VS Tech
VS Tech:Ships all ships categorized under Category:VS Tech:Ships
- Ships:Pacifier
- etc...
VS Tech:Upgrades everything is categorized under Category:Upgrades
- Upgrades:UpgradeName
- etc...
VS Tech:Weapons
- Weapons:Disruptor
- etc ...
VS Tech:Cargo everything is categorized under Category:Cargo
- Cargo:CategoryName:CargoName
- etc...

important to note that cargo categories are non-finalized, so we may want to keep this a flat hierarchy until we do so.
