- Replace or remove all ships that do not currently meet the minimum standards as specified in Design and Standardization

- Revamp the current file directory structure for better distinctions between MOD developed for WCU. Reference Link: Directory Restructuring Project WCU Directory Structure
- Revamp the current user interface format User Interface Framework

Note: The Ship Packs will be super ceded by the 0.3.x branch which will have some fully qualified models. All 0.2.x models will be maintained in the next ship pack.
